Southern Arizona Woodturners Association
After each meeting:
1) Immediately after the meeting, update the Next Meeting information on the Home page
2) When the new financial report is available:
- add the new financial report (pdf file) to the site files
(site files > 8 Members only > 1 Member resources > 3 Finances > Current year
- on the Financial Reports page, link the previous month to its pdf file in the Current year folder
- on the Member Resources page under Financial Reports, update the month of the Month Monthly Report link
- on the Current Financial Report page, use settings to change the pdf to the new financial report in the Current year
folder
3) When the draft minutes of the previous meeting are available:
- add the draft minutes (pdf file) to the site files
(site files > 8 Members only > 1 Member Resources > 2 Minutes > current year)
- if the previous month's minutes have been amended, delete the draft minutes pdf file and add the amended minutes
pdf file to the current year folder
- on the Meeting Minutes (previous) page, link the approved minutes to its pdf file in the current year folder
- on the Member Resources page under Meeting Minutes (previous, update the month of the Month Minutes (draft) link
- on the Draft Minutes page, use settings to change the pdf to the new draft minutes in the current year
folder
4) Add the instant gallery photos to the Gallery page
- go to the instant gallery folder for the current year
(site files > 6 Galleries > current year > Instant gallery
- create a folder for the new month's photos (click Create New Folder under actions on the right side of the page)
- add the photo files to the folder (drag and drop)
- go to the Style sheet page and copy the appropriate gallery (for example Gallery 2 is for 7 to 12 photos)
- go to the bottom of the instant gallery page for the current year and paste the new gallery
- replace the images with the new instant gallery images
(click the gallery, click change images, click each image and delete it, click add images, go to the new folder, select all
the images, click add to gallery, click each image and edit the Title to be the turner's name, click done)
- Add a header for the month and adjust the spacing
5) Add the President's choice photos to the Gallery page
- go to the President's choice folder for the current year
(site files > 6 Galleries > current year > President's choice
- create a folder for the new month's photos (click Create New Folder under actions on the right side of the page)
- add the photo files to the folder (drag and drop)
- go to the Style sheet page and copy the appropriate gallery (for example Gallery 2 is for 7 to 12 photos)
- go to the bottom of the instant gallery page for the current year and paste the new gallery
- replace the images with the new instant gallery images
(click the gallery, click change images, click each image and delete it, click add images, go to the new folder, select all
the images, click add to gallery, click each image and edit the Title to be the turner's name, click done)
- add a header for the month and adjust the spacing

Before the January meeting:
Update the Board of Directors page (Members Only > Member Resources > Board of Directors)
